Terri Jago

Terri is the Client Liaison Officer in the Hermanus office, where she focuses on building relationships, supporting clients, and ensuring a positive experience throughout their property journey. Her approachable nature and passion for people make her a valued part of the Snymans team.

Terri studied Art, Digital Marketing, and most recently, Project Management, combining creativity with structure in everything she does. Her career journey through the hospitality and wellness industries has strengthened her ability to connect with people, adapt to changing environments, and communicate with clarity and care.

Creativity has always been at the heart of who she is. She enjoys design, photography, painting, crafting, and cooking, and is always looking for new ways to express ideas and bring concepts to life. Recently, she has developed a love for watercolour painting, which has become a favourite creative outlet.

Outside of work, Terri can often be found walking her dogs along the beach or immersed in a creative project. She genuinely enjoys working with people, helping things run smoothly, and creating positive experiences. She is approachable, dependable, and passionate about ensuring that people feel heard, supported, and valued.
