Maret Carroll

Maret manages Snymans Inc’s Swellendam branch, bringing experience in law and commercial banking to her role. Originally from Dewetsdorp in the Free State, she completed her LLB at the University of the Free State in 2009 and was admitted as an attorney in 2012.

While working in commercial banking, she earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing from the University of Johannesburg. She joined Snymans’ Ruimsig office in May 2016, managing the RMB and FNB Private Wealth portfolio in the Banks department, before moving to Swellendam in September 2021.

Adventurous by nature, Maret enjoys travelling and hiking. Good coffee and wine are firmly on her list of life’s essentials.
