Madeleine Laarman

Madeleine joined Snymans Inc in March 2023, bringing a varied toolbox of experience in marketing, property and working with people. She studied Social Work at Stellenbosch University before building a marketing career of more than 15 years in the wine industry.

Following retrenchment during Covid, Madeleine and her family moved to Hermanus. She joined Seeff Properties in 2020 and completed her PDE4 to qualify as a property practitioner. Her move to Snymans brought these experiences together, adding a new perspective to her understanding of the property journey.

Having marketed an organic and biodynamic wine estate, Madeleine values Snymans’ commitment to environmental sustainability. The work of the Snymans Caterpillar Foundation also speaks to her social work background and desire to make a practical difference.

A caring, creative mom, friend and foodie, Madeleine enjoys connecting people and ideas. She believes everyone carries a unique toolbox of talents, skills and experiences, and finds purpose in putting hers to good use.
