Caterpillar Forum

The Caterpillar Forum is an initiative within Snymans Inc that aims to create a secure and inclusive space for open discussions and constructive dialogues. The intention is to celebrate diversity within Snymans Inc  and to introduce ourselves to each other so that we can comfortably deal with differences. The forum provides a safe space for employees to express their ideas, opinions, and concerns freely without fear of judgment or discrimination. It promotes collaboration, fosters innovation, and builds stronger relationships among colleagues, whilst bringing our value of togetherness (which is underpinned by the principle of Ubuntu) into practicality. By establishing clear guidelines and encouraging participation, the Caterpillar Forum helps to build trust among colleagues, leading to a more positive and productive workplace culture.
