The Abraham Kriel Maria Kloppers and Emdeni Children’s Home makes a meaningful difference in the lives of the children in their care as well as affected and involved families and communities by:

  • Providing a wide spectrum of appropriate services;
  • Protecting the rights of the child;
  • Using employees that are motivated, satisfied and fairly remunerated;
  • Generating and managing sufficient funds to reach our goals; and
  • Being leaders in our field.

africachild.jpgOn the 16th of July, two gentlemen (Jaco Human and Morné van Loggenberg) will start their long and exciting adventure through Africa to London from Cape Agulhas, with the hope of raising awareness and funds for children in need in Africa.

On the 21st of July, they will arrive in Johannesburg where they will receive blessings and a message of goodwill, which they are to deliver to the projects they visit in Africa.

At the projects, Jaco and Morné will hand over our message of goodwill and will do some volunteer work wherever possible.

Jaco and Morné are scheduled to arrive in London on the 25th of October 2008.

To help us raise funds to support the needy children in our country and on our continent:

Fifty percent of all funds raised will go towards supporting the work of Abraham Kriel Childcare. The other fifty percent of the funds will be shared equally among the projects visited in Africa.
