WINDOW PERIOD: TAX EXEMPTION TRANSFERS :PROPERTIES OWNED IN COMPANIES/CC’s/ TRUSTS to Individuals.

Under Section 9(20) of the Transfer Duty Act, SARS has again introduced a window period to allow individuals to transfer a property owned in the name of a Close Corporation, Company or Trust to certain individuals based on certain criteria.
